M.A.X.I.S - unsubscribe caller ringtone

semalam myfiance mintak tolong unsubscribe caller ringtone ayahda nya....
aku pengguna Celcom..mane la aku tau cam ne cara nya .......aku pun search la kat tenet

Easiest way - dial *100# then go to (5) music. Then go to (1) caller ringtone & then (3) unsubscribe

just check on maxis website how to unsubscribe or call their customer service
the simplest way...

Even you call them, they will tell you this....
press "#131#" and call/send button...

help! yesterday damn maxis deduct my rm3 for renew caller ringtone. but i remember tat i nvr subscibe it.
So i call to maxis. They checked... and said I has subscribed it on last year jun!

So, oklo.. i ask them teach me how to unsubscribe it. I have been call to maxis center 3times!!!!
1. dial #131#
2. dial #131#, *100#, (5) music. Then go to (1) caller ringtone & I can't find option (3) ?????
3. through caller ringtone website...

But three method oso cannot!! HELP! I don't want maxis deduct my rm3 anymore without my notice!

Jadinya aku pun cuba la semua yang telah di 'suggest' dalam forum ni ....tapi tak berjaya....last choice.. aku pun call la maxis center... maxis operator tu pun ajar la aku macammana nak unsubscribe caller ringtone.. rupenya mudah je ... tak yah call diorang pun boleh buat sendiri.....

korang akan nampak front page macam gambar diatas dan silalah log in
Username : Hp No korang (6012xxxxxxx) make sure ada 6 kat depan
password : forgot password click here?
pastu ikot instruction yang dia bagi
Maxis akan hantar password kat handfone korang...pastu masukkan la password tu

Then akan keluar page ni ..Korang select kat :: My Accaount :: Manage Caller Ringtone ::

So akan keluar la pulak page macam kat atas ni ....Korang klick je la kat icon merah yang bertulis delete....Makanya...selesailah kerja men'delete' caller ringtone anda ....

Pastu log out dan keluar lah page macam kat atas ni .... Makanya...Selamat lah RM 3.00 anda daripada dipotong setiap bulan.

Harap info ni dapat la bantu sesape yang nak men"delete" Caller ringtone Maxis.
